2018 Open Enrollment Ends October 6 

CCWD Open Enrollment is underway and continues through Friday, Oct. 6 at 5 p.m.

During Open Enrollment, eligible employees may:

• change CalPERS medical plans; delete or add eligible dependents to their medical, dental, and vision plans

• enroll or make changes to your participation in the Commuter Benefits Program

Please contact Human Resources at Ext. 8002 or Donna Cortes at dcortes@ccwater.com or 925-688-8037 with questions before the deadline.
Enrollment forms are available in Human Resources and posted in the column to the right.

Both the CalPERS Health Plan Enrollment Form and the CalPERS Declaration of Health Coverage form must be completed and submitted to HR by the deadline, Oct. 6, 2017 at 5 p.m. if you and/or your eligible family members are enrolling, cancelling or changing medical plans. 

Additional information and tools can be found on the CalPERS website, including a new tool, Find a Medical Plan.  It will assist in setting up side-by-side comparisons of plan features. To access, log into your my|CalPERS account at: https://www.calpers.ca.gov, or register if you haven’t already, and select the Health tab, and then the Find a Medical Plan option.
